Recycling
You can impact our patients’ mobility through choosing to recycle with ROMP.
Help by donating your recycling your prothesis’ components.
Around 95% of the components we use are recycled from clinics and individuals in the United States. Whether you are a prosthesis user or clinical professional, you can impact our patients’ mobility through choosing to recycle with ROMP.
01
Collect & box components
Collect components/prostheses at your clinic and place them in boxes no more than 50 lbs each. You can do this as a cleaning or even set-up a team service activity. Make sure the items are not broken, rusted, torn, or leaking.
02
Request a shipping label
Box-up the items and request a free shipping label. We will send you the shipping label within two business days.
03
We take it from there!
Your donation will go to our warehouse where we will quality check and clean each item, enter it into our inventory system, and send to our clinics in Guatemala/Ecuador.
Do you have questions or need support for recycling? We would love to hear from you. You can reach us via email at: c4c@rompglobal.org
