As a Human Resources Specialist and Development Assistant at the Range of Motion Project (ROMP), Ana Lucia plays a vital role in both people management and organizational growth. Since joining ROMP in 2024, she has worked to enhance donor engagement, streamline development processes, and foster a strong, mission-driven team.
With a degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, Ana Lucia brings experience in marketing and human resources across various industries. Her expertise lies in digital communications, strategic HR operations, and community engagement.
When not busy working, Ana Lucia enjoys photography, exploring new digital tools, listening to podcasts, writing, reading, and volunteering at animal shelters.
Her ‘Why’: As a former scout where she would volunteer and hike, Ana Lucia deeply values the freedom of movement. She envisions a world where everyone has the mobility to chase their dreams. Whether it’s running as fast as they can, climbing trees, hiking mountains, or walking down the aisle on their wedding day. Through her work at ROMP, she helps share the stories of those regaining their independence, inspiring others to support the mission.
Favorite ROMP Memory: One of Ana Lucia’s proudest moments at ROMP was the collaboration with MrBeast, which allowed the organization to reach a wider community and expand its impact.
