Aymara Muñoz
As ROMP’s Bookkeeper, Aymara Muñoz manages the organization's financial records, directly participates in classifying and organizing transactions, recording donations, processing payments, and supporting audits to ensure transparency. Since joining the ROMP team in 2023, Aymara has worked to support the mission by optimizing financial management.
She graduated from Accounting and Auditing from the Central University of Ecuador and a current student of Social Work at the Technical University of Manabí, Muñoz believes that working at ROMP has allowed her to merge two essential worlds: financial management and social impact. Her experience has taught her that transparency and accountability are key for a foundation like ROMP to continue providing mobility to those who need it most, ensuring the mission remains sustainable and transforms lives.
When she is not busy working, Muñoz enjoys walking in parks and exploring new places, painting, and baking desserts.
Her 'Why': She believes that mobility is a gateway to new opportunities and a better quality of life. Being part of ROMP allows her to contribute, through financial management, to ensuring more people receive the prosthetics they need to regain their independence and move forward with their dreams.
Favorite ROMP Memory: "Being present when the 5,000th prosthetic was delivered and accompanying the ROMP team to the mountains (even though I didn’t reach the summit)".
