Global Team

Ceasar Arias is the Warehouse and Inventory Associate at ROMP joining the team recently in February 2025. In this role for ROMP Arias' key focus is on the receiving and processing of incoming donations as well as shipping our prosthetic components to our clinic in Guatemala and our mobile clinic in Ecuador. He sees first-hand our donors' empathy and belief in our mission everyday, with every donation received. With his experience in shipping, logistics, and inventory control he is excited to be a part of ROMP's growth and helping to facilitate much needed medical supplies to our partners in the field. 

When not busy working, he enjoys back country camping and exploring nature, usually accompanied by his two dogs when possible. 

His 'Why': An important mission in Arias' personal life is helping organizations in food distribution to underserved communities and homeless advocacy. His volunteer work with these vulnerable communities led him to look for a non-profit that was making a difference and where his professional skills could be applied which he found after hearing about ROMP. 

Favorite ROMP Memory: Ceasar deeply admires ROMPs mission of returning quality of life and hope to peoples lives and wants to spread that energy of humanitarianism to as many people as possible. Already he has seen the warmth in the written letters from donors and is grateful to be a part of such an amazing team.
