Diego Sermeño

As ROMP’s Administrative Operations Specialist, Diego Sermeño oversees strategic planning, compliance with international regulations, and the development of policies and risk management plans to enhance organizational efficiency. After joining the ROMP team in 2024, Diego has worked to streamline global operations, improve decision-making through data-driven insights, and support the organization’s mission of empowering individuals through mobility.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho and certifications in Business Administration, Leadership Skills, and Social Media Marketing, Diego brings expertise in operational strategy, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional experience includes managing client intake processes for legal firms, mentoring students in academic and personal growth, and coordinating complex administrative tasks in fast-paced environments.
When not busy working, Diego enjoys volunteering as a mentor, exploring innovative digital tools, and staying active through outdoor adventures. He is also passionate about intercultural communication and building meaningful connections within global communities.
