Ken Morthland

Ken Morthland is the Warehouse and Inventory Associate at ROMP joining the team recently in June 2025. He ensures that all equipment and prosthetic components are organized, tracked, and delivered efficiently to support ROMP’s clinical operations. Since joining the team, Ken has brought decades of warehouse management experience and a passion for logistics to help streamline ROMP’s supply chain and improve patient care outcomes.
Ken began his career at 18, working 31 years at Ryall Electric Supply Co., followed by 11 years at Lumin8 as a Warehouse Manager, where he oversaw the distribution of traffic signal equipment across the city. His expertise in inventory control, equipment handling, and team coordination makes him a vital part of the operations team.
When not working, Ken enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, watching classic black-and-white movies, and cheering on all Denver sports teams (win or lose). He and his wife Robin, have been married for 28 years and have two wonderful children: Kaylee, a preschool teacher, and Kenny Jr., a dental assistant pursuing a career in dental hygiene.
His ‘Why’: Ken is inspired by ROMP’s mission to provide mobility to those in need and is proud to play a role in the behind-the-scenes work that helps change lives every day.
Favorite ROMP memory: “I’m just getting started, but I find the process fascinating and can’t wait to learn more. I’ve already felt the warmth and dedication of the ROMP team.”
