Lily Centra

Lily Centra is a Northwestern Orthotics & Prosthetics student originally from New York. She is getting ready to start her prosthetic residency at the Seattle VA this summer. Lily is a member of ROMP’s 2025 Ambassador team and plans on using her passions to spread awareness and increase accessibility to high quality prosthetic care.
Lily thrives in nature, especially in the mountains. She loves skiing, hiking, camping, stargazing and more. She enjoys staying active in the outdoors and wants to help others enjoy these activities as well.
Her ‘Why’: Everyone deserves the opportunity to be independent and mobile. Lack of access being a barrier to mobility is a major issue and Lily is inspired to work with ROMP to increase accessibility to prosthetic care for everyone.
Favorite ROMP Moment: This February Lily attended her first volunteer trip to Ecuador. She loved connecting with all of the patients and the whole team in Quito. One of the most memorable moments was getting to watch her patient and his wife dance for the first time after receiving his prosthesis!
